Handle with care

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat, rain and humidity. Keep cosmetics, oils, inks, perfumes and cleaning products away from the surface, as they may cause marks or discolouration.

If your bag becomes damp, gently blot moisture with a soft, dry cloth and allow it to air-dry naturally. Avoid placing your bag on rough or dirty surfaces that may scratch or stain it.

Cleaning

Keep the finish looking its best

For routine care, gently wipe the surface with a clean, soft cloth. For vegan leather, use a lightly damp cloth only when appropriate for the material, then dry gently.

For genuine leather, use products specifically made for the type of leather and test them on a discreet area first. Avoid soaking, harsh detergents, alcohol-based cleaners and abrasive sponges.

Shape & storage

Store beautifully

When not in use, store your handbag in its dust bag in a cool, dry place. Use clean tissue paper to help maintain the bag's shape.

Avoid overfilling or hanging the bag by its handles for long periods, as this may stretch or distort its shape. Store bags separately to help prevent colour transfer, scuffs and scratches.

Vegan leather

Care for the surface

Vegan leather finishes can vary by design. Keep the surface away from excessive heat and prolonged moisture, and avoid products not recommended for the material. Wipe gently rather than rubbing aggressively.

Genuine leather

Let the material age gracefully

Genuine leather is a natural material and may develop character through wear. Avoid excessive water and direct heat, and use a leather conditioner only when suitable for the specific finish. If a bag becomes heavily wet or stained, seek advice from a leather-care specialist.
