We hope you love your THÖKERCO pieces. If something is not quite right, we are here to help make the return process simple and seamless.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

If your order has already been paid for and you wish to change or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered the packaging or shipping process, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds & Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. You may request a refund or replacement under the following circumstances:

  • Your order has not arrived within the guaranteed delivery timeframe
    (20 business days, excluding 2–5 days processing time)
  • You receive an incorrect item
  • You change your mind and wish to return your item
    (items must be unused, in original condition, and returned at the customer’s expense)

Refunds Cannot Be Issued If:

  • The delivery issue was caused by incorrect information provided at checkout
    (e.g. incorrect shipping address)
  • The delay was due to circumstances beyond our control
    (e.g. customs delays, natural disasters, or carrier disruptions)

How to Request a Refund

Refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 30 days after the guaranteed delivery period has expired.
